How to order your Country stair rods.
  1. First you need to decide which diameter you would like. Choose from 12mm, 16mm and 19mm Ø rods.
  2. From th box that corresponds with the diameter you have chosen, select your options.
  3. In the first drop down box you need to decide on the bracket style. This depends on your carpet and how you would like to fit the rods. For help with this please see the FAQ that can be reached from any page.
  4. Below each bracket option in the drop down box there are "up to" lengths. Choose a length that is nearest above the length you need.
  5. In the next drop down box, select the finish you would like. There is an image on the left of that page for you to see all the finishes.
  6. Next, you need to decide whether you would like the plain, reeded or rope twist rod style. Make your selection.
  7. In the next text box enter the actual length you would like the stair rods to be. You can use inches, centimetres or millimetres, which ever is easier for you. For front fix and runner fix, you must enter the tip to tip measurement which includes the finials. For side fix, enter the width of your stairs. If your stairs vary from one step to the next, you may need to order seperste batches to allow for this.
  8. In the quantity box, enter the number of rods you would like.
  9. Then finally, hit the "buy" button and your selected items will be placed in your basket.
  10. Don't worry if you think you have made a mistake as you can remove items from your basket at any time. Also, every order is thoroughly checked before processing.
